The following warranty policy applies within the continental United States only: If you deem your Sama product to be defective, you have 12 months (1 year) from purchase date to advise us of the problem and send in the product. The item(s) are then sent for evaluation. Sama is the determining factor whether the goods returned are under manufacture warranty & defective. If found defective, Sama will repair &/or replace the defective issue. If Sama determines the product(s) nondefective, the item(s) will be sent back to you at your shipping expense.
